From CA to Fitness Coach
I was a Chartered Accountant, always rushing between work and home, and somewhere along the way, I lost track of my own health. Everything changed in 2015 when I started focusing on myself, and that’s when my journey into fitness began. Now, I help women, especially moms, find their strength again.
Real, Balanced Approach
I don’t believe in fad diets or giving up what you love. Kaun bolta hai roti ya chawal mat khao? (Who says don’t eat roti or rice?) Carbs zaroori hain! My focus is on building healthy habits around:
- Whole foods and healthy food for women’s fitness, using what’s already in your kitchen.
- Good fats like ghee and nuts—no guilt needed.
- Mindful eating. Listen to your body, not random Instagram advice.
What to Expect
The happiest hour of your day, with plenty of variety:
- Group classes: Step & floor aerobics, and a Bollywood dance workout for women (BollyFit X).
- Strength training: Weight & resistance work, Tabata, functional training—all perfect for mom fitness routines.
- Mind-body: Yoga and mat Pilates for flexibility and peace.

My Story
I used to crunch numbers, not abs. Chartered Accountant life, MNC grind, two kids - I was everywhere and nowhere. By 2015, I was done feeling stretched thin. I started working out, even though I hadn’t played a single sport in school. One year later, I was hooked. FitBeats happened, and I switched from commerce books to anatomy charts. Helping women find their own strength? Best part of my day.

Fitness Training & Nutrition Coaching - We run a women-only fitness studio. It’s a safe, supportive space for real workouts and nutrition advice.
Mindful Eating, No Food Fear - No more 'रोटी मत खाना, चावल मत खाना' (don’t eat roti, don’t eat rice) rules. We teach balanced meal plans for moms.
