About Group Workouts: Energy & Community
When you join my group sessions, it is not just about following a routine. We work in small batches of 10 to 15 women, so you get genuine form correction and attention, even in a group setting. Whether we are hitting the step bench for aerobics or working on functional strength, the goal is consistency. You are not just another number in the class; you are part of a community where we keep each other accountable and motivated, which is why my clients often tell me this becomes the happiest hour of their day.
More Than Just a Workout
Fitness should not be a chore that adds to your daily stress. My group classes are designed to be your mental and physical release. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up your stamina, we have a mix of activities to keep things interesting.
What We Do
- Step & Floor Aerobics: High-energy cardio that is actually fun. We use music to keep the rhythm up and the calories burning.
- Functional Strength Training: Using 1kg to 5kg dumbbells and bodyweight movements, we build real-world strength to help you carry the groceries, lift your kids, and stay active without the bulk.
- BollyFit X: A dance-based workout that gets your heart rate up without feeling like a traditional 'exercise' session.
- Mat Pilates & Yoga: For the days when we need to focus on flexibility, core strength, and calming the mind.
Why Group Fitness?
Most women I coach are juggling work, kids, and home. Finding the motivation to exercise alone is tough. In my Indirapuram studio, you are surrounded by other women who get it. You will find friends who understand the struggle of trying to balance a career and motherhood.
We also tackle the biggest myth in fitness—the idea that you have to give up your favorite foods to stay fit. I teach my clients that carbs zaroori hain (carbs are necessary) and that healthy fats like ghee are part of a balanced diet. We focus on mindful eating using ingredients already in your kitchen, so you don't have to follow complicated, expensive meal plans.
Whether you are joining my in-studio batches or the live virtual sessions, the focus remains the same: building habits that actually last.
