My Path from Corporate CA to Fitness Coach
I traded spreadsheets for sneakers to help women find their own strength, and I'm sharing the story of how I made that shift.
I wasn't always a fitness trainer. I started my career as a Chartered Accountant, juggling work and family, and my health took a backseat. This image shares a bit about my journey and how I took control of my life, which is what I now help other women do every single day.
I truly enjoy sharing my fitness journey and professional knowledge on platforms like Wom Talks. It's a great opportunity to connect with more women, discuss the realities of starting a business, and talk about how to build a career in health and wellness.
Beyond the studio, I love connecting with fellow women entrepreneurs to talk about business, growth, and leadership. It's inspiring to be in a room with women from different industries, all working to build something meaningful.
About My Journey & Speaking Engagements
I am not a lifelong athlete, I am a former Chartered Accountant who finally realized that my health had to come before the corporate grind. If you are struggling to make time for yourself, I have been there and I am here to help you build a routine that works with your life, not against it, through my studio and online sessions.
From Spreadsheets to Squats
My transition into the fitness industry was not about becoming a professional athlete overnight. It was a reaction to the burnout I felt as a Chartered Accountant, mother of two, and an employee juggling the corporate grind. When I started working out in 2015, I realized that fitness was the missing piece in my own puzzle. That discovery led me to open FitBeats—a space where women can focus on themselves for an hour, without the pressure of typical gym culture.
Speaking & Community Engagement
Beyond training, I frequently connect with other women entrepreneurs to discuss wellness and business balance. Whether I am speaking at events like Wom Talks or networking with fellow business owners, my message remains the same: you do not need to sacrifice your health for your career. These engagements allow me to reach more women who feel 'stretched thin' and show them that a different, healthier routine is possible.
How I Work
I keep my methods simple and effective because I know you have a busy schedule.
- No Food Fear: I do not believe in banning roti or rice. We focus on mindful eating and using what is already in your kitchen.
- Flexible Formats: I offer offline group studio classes in Indirapuram and interactive live virtual sessions for those training from home.
- Real-Life Fitness: Whether it is aerobics, mat Pilates, or strength training, the goal is to make this your happiest hour of the day.
If you are ready to take control of your health, let us find a routine that actually fits your life.
