My Approach: No-Nonsense Nutrition
There’s just too much confusion about what to eat. I keep things real and fuss-free:
- Carbs and fats aren’t the enemy. Roti, chawal (rice), and even good fats like nuts and seeds, all have their place. We’ll focus on mindful eating, not cutting out food groups.
- Sugar is sugar, yaar. Switching to honey or jaggery won’t magically solve things. Moderation is key, not just swapping one sweet for another.
