Featured: My Fitness Journey & Training Approach
From crunching numbers to counting reps, I help women find their 'happiest hour.' See how we build strength and eat mindfully, without the guilt.
(Hero Media) Welcome to the happiest hour of your day! This is what my step aerobics class looks like: full of energy, great music, and amazing women supporting each other. We focus on making cardio fun and effective, helping you build stamina and burn calories right here in my Ghaziabad studio.
Let's bust some myths together. People often ask me, "Kaun bolta hai roti ya chawal mat khao?" I always say, carbs zaroori hain! In this video, I break down common misconceptions about carbs, fats, and sugar to help you build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food.
Taking our workout outdoors! I love organizing these group fitness sessions in the park. It's a fantastic way to enjoy the fresh air, build community, and work on functional strength together. This is a great example of the variety I bring to my mom fitness routines.
I wasn't always a fitness trainer. I started my career as a Chartered Accountant, juggling work and family, and my health took a backseat. This image shares a bit about my journey and how I took control of my life, which is what I now help other women do every single day.
I truly enjoy sharing my fitness journey and professional knowledge on platforms like Wom Talks. It's a great opportunity to connect with more women, discuss the realities of starting a business, and talk about how to build a career in health and wellness.
About Featured
When you join my sessions, you aren't just following a routine; you are unlearning the 'no carbs' myth. Whether you are at my Indirapuram studio or joining from home, my focus is on simple, Indian home-cooked meals that fuel your day without restricting your life.
Beyond the Scale
I believe fitness should be the happiest hour of your day. My transition from a busy Chartered Accountant to a fitness coach taught me that we do not need extreme diets or hours of isolation. We need sustainable habits.
My Approach
- Mindful Eating: We do not ban roti or rice. We focus on macronutrients, good fats like ghee, and home-cooked nourishment. Carbs are essential for your energy levels.
- Small Group Energy: Whether it is Step Aerobics, BollyFit X, or strength training, I keep my studio batches limited to 10 to 15 women. This ensures I can provide personal form correction and keep the energy high.
- Virtual or Offline: If you cannot reach the Ghaziabad studio, my live virtual sessions use the same interactive, real-time coaching style. You get the same attention and community feel right from your living room.
Everything I teach, from yoga to weight training, is designed to help you regain control, just like I did. Let's find your strength, one session at a time.
