Homemade Ladoos and Traditional Indian Sweets in Delhi NCR
I recreate the simple, honest flavours of my mother’s kitchen. Everything is made in small batches with pure ghee, organic jaggery, and zero preservatives.
Here are my three signature sweets for all your meets. From the top, you have my immunity-boosting Panjiri Ladoos, classic Badam Ladoos, and the ever-popular Besan Ladoos.
A full box of my Panjiri Ladoos, packed and ready for you. Each ladoo is a ball of warmth and health, made with roasted wheat flour, nuts, and pure ghee.
A little 'Pickly Thought' about Panjiri. It's not just a sweet, but a healing food known to boost immunity and provide comfort, especially for new mothers.
My Khatta Meetha Aam Papad is a customer favourite and sells out so quickly. This tangy, sweet treat is made from real mango pulp and brings back so many childhood memories.
About Our Homemade Ladoos & Sweets
I don't believe in mass production, so I make every batch to order right in my own kitchen. When you order, you aren't getting something that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf; you are getting fresh, hand-rolled ladoos that rely on traditional slow-roasting techniques, not preservatives, to keep them healthy and delicious.
My kitchen is an extension of my home, and these recipes are the ones I grew up with. When I started Mommade at 72, my goal was simple: to bring back the 'Maa ke hath ka swaad' (the taste of a mother's hands) that is so hard to find in store-bought sweets today.
Why My Ladoos Are Different
Most commercial sweets rely on refined sugar and hydrogenated vegetable oils. I avoid both. I use organic jaggery (gud) or unrefined sugar (khandsari) for that rustic sweetness, and I only cook with pure desi cow ghee. This makes the sweets feel lighter, cleaner, and honestly, a lot closer to what we used to eat as kids.
- Panjiri Ladoos: These are my pride. I roast the whole wheat flour slowly, then mix it with fox nuts (makhana), edible gum (gond), and plenty of almonds. It is a traditional immunity booster, perfect for new mothers or just to keep you warm during the winter.
- Besan & Badam Ladoos: These are timeless. I ensure the gram flour is roasted until it smells nutty and fragrant. No short-cuts.
- Aam Papad: My khatta-meetha (sweet and sour) mango leather is sun-dried, bringing back that tangy, addictive childhood snack everyone loves.
