Every mithai I make in my kitchen starts with my dadi’s traditional recipes and pure, golden desi ghee. From the nutty aroma of roasting besan to the richness of khoya, it is all about bringing the authentic taste of home to your celebrations.

My bestseller, the Besan Block, also known as Besan Burfi. These are trays of freshly set burfi, generously topped with sliced almonds and ready to be packed for festive orders.

Packing individual portions of my lipsmacking Besan ki Barfi. Each piece is carefully wrapped to maintain its freshness, ensuring you get the perfect taste every time.

The process of making my Besan Block starts with roasting gram flour in pure desi ghee until the whole kitchen is filled with its nutty aroma. This is the secret to its amazing taste.

My traditional Panjiri, packed into beautiful gift boxes. It is loaded with nuts, flavoured with spices, and has a crumbly texture that just melts in your mouth. This batch was for a wedding order.

A bulk order of 35 kgs of Panjiri, all made the traditional way with desi ghee and dry fruits. I am so happy to share this wholesome, nutritious sweet with so many people.

These are my special Postpartum Ladoos, also known as pinni. They are packed with the goodness of dry fruits, edible gum (gond), and essential spices to help new mothers regain their strength.

My Masala Gud is both healthy and yummy. It is packed with the goodness of jaggery, ginger powder, black pepper, and lots of dry fruits like cashews and coconut.

A jar of rich and delicious Moong Dal Halwa. Made with pure ghee and flavoured with khoya and kesar (saffron), this is a truly decadent dessert for any special occasion.

When I make my signature Besan Block, I roast the gram flour in pure Verka ghee until the entire house is filled with that nutty, warm aroma. It is not just about the recipe; it is about the patience needed to get the texture right—dense, rich, and never crumbly. Every piece is then hand-loaded with premium almonds and pistachios, ensuring that the first bite feels like a warm hug from home.
