Welcome to Pincode 24, a 7500 sq ft restobar in Hebbal, Bengaluru. This view captures the essence of our industrial chic design, where the grand, glossy bar serves as the focal point. We balanced the raw energy of the exposed steel grid ceiling and concrete-texture floors with the warmth of custom wooden furniture and layered, versatile lighting.
We believe in the power of transformation. This video shows the journey of Pincode 24 from a raw, empty structure to a vibrant, finished space. Seeing a vision come to life, from the exterior facade to the detailed terracotta wall and glowing bar, is what drives our passion for design.
Every detail matters in creating the right mood. Here, the custom bar features a live edge wood countertop and a striking green subway tile fascia. The warm backlighting on the bottle display and the reflection on the polished columns create a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for guests.
This wide-angle view showcases the scale of the double-volume dining space and two of our signature elements. The rustic terracotta partition wall adds warmth and texture while screening private areas, contrasting beautifully with the industrial metal and concrete surfaces of this modern pub interior.
Our design process begins with a strong vision, which we communicate through detailed 3D visualizations. This concept render for the Pincode 24 bar shows our initial plan for the lighting, material palette, and overall ambiance, demonstrating how closely we align the final build with the original concept.

For projects like our recent 7500 sq ft restobar in Hebbal, we tackled a massive bare shell by introducing industrial elements like raw steel grid ceilings and concrete texture flooring, then softened the edges with terracotta jaali walls and layered lighting. We believe that proper lighting is the difference between a space that feels flat and one that transitions seamlessly from a daytime cafe vibe to a high-energy evening bar.

- Zoning & Layout: We optimize floor plans to improve traffic patterns, ensuring service staff can move freely even during peak hours.
- Technical Documentation: We provide GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for MEP, custom metal fabrication, and joinery, so there is no guesswork for your contractors.
- Visual Strategy: For clients in the planning phase, we offer conceptual packages that include 3D renders and mood boards, perfect for investor pitches or visualizing your final layout before construction begins.
