The double-height windows at The Brick Loft flood the space with natural light. The exposed brickwork and sleek window frames create a beautiful contrast, while the greenery adds to the cozy, inviting atmosphere.

We often recommend Kota stone flooring for our pet-friendly projects, and there is a practical reason for it. Unlike polished tiles that can get slippery or hot, Kota stone stays naturally cool and provides excellent grip for active dogs and cats. It is a durable, simple choice that handles daily wear and tear well, ensuring your floors remain beautiful even with furry friends running around.

The renovated and extended residence for Sunith and Shruti in Hyderabad. The new facade features a striated pattern of alternating brick courses, a design choice that was both an aesthetic decision and a practical solution to material shortages during the pandemic.43

The new staircase in the Hyderabad home is a central feature connecting the floors. By replacing an older, bulkier staircase, we opened up the interior volume, creating a sense of spaciousness and improving the flow between living areas.

The facade of 'Maya House' is defined by its clean lines and the texture of the vertical Sadarhalli stone fins. This material choice is not just aesthetic; it helps regulate the light entering the south-facing home.12
The covered porch with its comfortable swing is a perfect example of indoor-outdoor living. It serves as an extension of the living room, offering a shaded space to relax and enjoy the garden, no matter the weather.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed for connection. The long dining table extends from the kitchen island, creating a central hub for cooking, eating, and socializing, all while being bathed in natural light from the adjacent courtyard.
