About Kids' Birthday Adventures
Most parents ask for heavy fondant, but I often steer them toward my signature buttercream finish for these themes. It lets me sculpt those 100% edible animal or car toppers while keeping the cake tasting like a real dessert, not just sugar paste. If you have a specific, intricate design in mind, we can definitely do that too, but let's chat about what will actually taste best for the kids.
Kids' birthdays are my favourite projects because they let me play with colour and character. Whether your little one is obsessed with Among Us, jungle animals, or Disney princesses, I don't just print a picture on top. I sculpt characters by hand using fondant or use buttercream textures to create the scene, so every bit of that decoration is 100% edible and delicious.
Everything I bake is made from scratch here in Sector 86, Gurugram. No premixes, no shortcuts. We start with organic flour, bura sugar, and proper couverture chocolate. Because I handle all the sculpting myself—like the tiny animals for safari cakes or the race cars for a 'Cars' theme—I need a little lead time to get the details right.
If you're planning a party, let's talk about the flavour first. Crowd-pleasers like salted caramel or Belgian chocolate are usually big hits, but I can do tiered cakes if you're hosting a larger group. My cakes are packed in eco-friendly boxes, and I include instructions so you know exactly how to handle them once they reach your venue in Delhi NCR. If you have a theme you're nervous about trying, tell me. I love a challenge, and getting to see the kids' reaction when they see their cake is why I do this.
