I prefer working with honest, premium ingredients like Belgian chocolate and bura sugar. This means my cakes have a rich, natural density that holds up beautifully under fondant and heavy decorations, without needing artificial shortcuts.

- Fresh Execution: Because I do not use preservatives, I time the baking and assembly specifically for your event date so the sponge is at its peak freshness.
