Why a free baking club?

Because baking should be about joy, not stress. I started this because I know how frustrating it is to follow a generic recipe only for the cake to collapse in the oven. My goal is to make sure your kitchen feels like a place of experimentation, not a place where ingredients go to waste.

• Troubleshooting & Tips: Have a question about why your sponge flopped? I share real fixes for real kitchen problems. Sab kuch (everything) can be fixed with a little patience and the right technique.
• No premixes, ever: We stick to scratch baking. You will learn to use quality ingredients like couverture chocolate and organic flour, just like I do for my commercial orders.
