The ring is where the truth comes out. Here, you stop guessing and start fighting. We run supervised sparring sessions that teach you to manage distance, keep your guard up, and think on your feet, whether you are prepping for a state-level bout or sharpening your skills.

About Real Fights: Sparring & Competition

Sparring here is not about beating your partner; it is about controlled combat. I personally supervise every session to ensure you are working on specific fight IQ—like moving off the center line, maintaining your guard, and reacting under pressure. You will not find fancy equipment gimmicks here, just real time in the ring where you learn to manage your breathing and your nerves when a punch is coming your way.

Why Sparring is Non-Negotiable

Shadow boxing builds technique, but the ring builds a fighter. When you step inside our ring at Shivaji Park, you are entering a space where you cannot hide your mistakes. If you drop your guard or panic when a combination comes at you, you will know immediately.

Our Approach to Real Fights

My coaching style is old-school. I do not believe in soft-pedaling.

  • Controlled Sparring: We use full gear, including headgear and mouthguards. Safety is priority, but intensity is mandatory.
  • Fight IQ: It is not just about hitting; it is about chess. I teach you how to set up your opponent, when to clinch, and how to exit the pocket safely.
  • Conditioning for Combat: Real fights drain you. Our sessions replicate 3-minute rounds where you have to maintain output even when your legs are heavy.

We simulate tournament scenarios—the noise, the referee's commands, the pressure of the clock.
