Forget the drill sergeant vibe. My mat classes are all about building core strength, supporting your joints, and finding your rhythm with a community that actually gets it.

A snapshot from a mat pilates class where we focus on core strength and balance. Mat Pilates is a transformative, low-impact workout that complements any fitness routine by targeting both major and minor muscle groups for overall wellbeing.

This is the vibe of our Sunday morning mat classes. It's all about high energy, good music, and starting the week feeling strong. You can see a variety of core exercises and stretches that are central to our practice.

About The Mat Pilates Experience

You will notice that I spend a lot of time on form, even in group settings. I do not just count reps for the sake of it; I am walking around the studio, giving tactile cues, and making sure that specific quadruped or bridge move is actually engaging your deep core rather than just stressing your lower back. It is the difference between simply moving and moving with intention.
