The Mat Pilates Experience
This is the core of what I do. My mat classes are designed to build foundational strength, improve posture and flexibility, and deepen your mind-body connection through controlled, low-impact exercises. We use our own body weight and sometimes small props like bands or balls to challenge and support our movements.
Pop Pilates®: The Fitness Party
This isn't your average workout. Pop Pilates® combines the precision of Pilates with the energy of dance, barre, and yoga, all set to your favorite pop hits. It’s a full-body, beat-based session that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
