Fitness should not feel like a chore. Here is a look at my low-impact, supportive Pilates classes designed for real women—no shouty coaches, just good energy and progress at your own pace.

This is what joy in movement looks like. My goal is to help you find a gentle, low-impact practice that feels like self-care, not punishment. This is a moment from a mat pilates session, focusing on hamstring flexibility and core control while embracing the process.

I was so happy to hear this feedback from a pelvic health physiotherapist who joined my mat pilates class. We focus on slowing down, building core strength that supports your pelvic floor, and preventing injury, which is especially beneficial for women with PCOS or those in postpartum recovery.

This is a look at a Pop Pilates® session I led at the Sweat Fest. It’s a full-body workout that feels like a party, blending dance, barre, and yoga with pop music. You can see how we work on everything from glute challenges to cardio and upper body strength.

My own journey with body image and unhealthy exercise habits is what brought me to Pilates. It transformed my perspective, helping me focus on feeling good and building a sense of comfort and belonging in my own body. I bring that same empathy to every class I teach.

I created Bed Pilates for those days when you just can't get up but still want to do something kind for your body. This is a short introduction to a gentle session designed to get you moving without ever leaving your bed, perfect for low-energy days.

Here’s a glimpse into my teaching era. I focus on low-impact movement and am always there to guide you, whether it's correcting form for safety and effectiveness or just offering a word of encouragement. My classes are a space to learn and grow at your own pace.

Nothing makes me happier than hearing about your progress. These testimonials highlight what my classes are all about: improving core strength and flexibility, learning to connect your mind to your body, and finding a workout that challenges you in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Come along for a typical Sunday in my life as a fitness instructor. From teaching mat Pilates at different studios to connecting with the amazing community and programming online workouts, my day is all about spreading the joy of mindful movement.

About Featured

I do not believe in 'no pain, no gain.' In my classes, we focus on mindful movement—whether we are doing a high-energy Pop Pilates session or a gentle mat flow. You will not find anyone shouting at you to do more reps. Instead, you will find cues that help you actually feel which muscle is working, so you can build strength that feels sustainable rather than exhausting.
