Building strength, one Pop Pilates® exercise at a time. This video shows the dynamic, dance-like movements we do in class, from lunges and planks to fun, flowing sequences that work your entire body.

One of my proudest moments, teaching Pop Pilates® to over 100 women at Sweat Fest. The energy was incredible, and it shows how this format brings people together to move and have fun on a large scale.

About Pop Pilates®: The Fitness Party

I don't use heavy equipment or count reps until you’re exhausted. We move to the beat, which makes the 55-minute workout fly by. Whether you are dealing with PCOS or just need a low-impact way to build core strength, this is designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can just focus on yourself.

My Pop Pilates classes are a fusion of dance, barre, and yoga set to upbeat pop music. If you have ever felt intimidated by traditional gym culture or found typical workouts too draining, this is for you. We focus on mindful movement, which means we pay attention to form and breath rather than pushing through pain.

What to expect in a session:

  • Beat-based movement: We sync every move to the rhythm, so it feels more like a dance party than a traditional circuit.
  • Low-impact, high-burn: We target glutes, abs, and obliques without stressing your joints.
  • Inclusive environment: Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, I provide options for every move so you can scale the intensity.

I host these sessions at Good Move Studios in Koramangala and The Studio by Copper + Cloves in Domlur. We use props like therabands, yoga blocks, and pilates rings to keep things interesting. Most importantly, I keep the group size and vibe friendly so you feel like you belong, not like you are just another number on a sign-up sheet. It is about building a sustainable habit, not just a one-off workout.
