Building strength, one Pop Pilates® exercise at a time. This video shows the dynamic, dance-like movements we do in class, from lunges and planks to fun, flowing sequences that work your entire body.

A fun reel I made with fellow instructors explaining what makes Pop Pilates® so unique. In one 55-minute session, we hit every muscle group, add in cardio, and make you feel like a ballerina, all without any equipment.

One of my proudest moments, teaching Pop Pilates® to over 100 women at Sweat Fest. The energy was incredible, and it shows how this format brings people together to move and have fun on a large scale.
