Why I Teach Pilates
I know what it’s like to feel stuck with your body and frustrated by fitness. My own journey with PCOS and the old 'no pain, no gain' mindset left me drained. Pilates helped me shift from punishment to mindful movement. Now, I want to help you find that same freedom and joy in exercise.
What My Classes Feel Like
Expect a chill but energizing vibe. No judgment, just a supportive space to move, mess up, laugh, and try again. I offer Mat Pilates (the core of what I do), plus two other fun twists:
- Pop Pilates®: Think full-body session with dance, barre, and yoga, all set to pop music. Feels like a party, but you’ll know you worked out.
- Bed Pilates: For those days you just can’t get up, but still want to do something gentle and kind for your body.
I pay close attention to form, but more than that, I want you to listen to your body. I’ll always give options so you can make things harder or easier.
What You’ll Get
- Core strength Pilates workouts that really help with posture, flexibility, and balance

My Story
Hey, I’m Manasa. Honestly, I never vibed with exercise growing up, especially with PCOS making things tricky. Pilates flipped it all for me - now it’s about feeling strong, not punishing myself. Started teaching in 2021 with just my bestie, now I get to lead big crowds (still wild to me!). I’m all about balance, churros in Europe, and keeping things real. If you’re looking for movement that feels good, not a drill sergeant, that’s my whole energy.
