Some days, your body needs kindness more than a workout. My Bed Pilates sessions are designed for those times when you just need to move and breathe without the pressure of leaving your home.

This is the official introduction to my Bed Pilates sessions. If you want to get those happy hormones flowing but don't have the energy to leave your bed, this gentle, low-impact workout is designed just for you.

About Bed Pilates: Gentle Movement for Low-Energy Days

These sessions are not about burning calories, they are about nervous system regulation. When I am managing my own PCOS symptoms or feeling burnt out, I use these gentle stretches to ease lower back tension and release hip tightness right from the comfort of my own space.

Bed Pilates is my answer to the 'no pain, no gain' culture that often leaves us feeling drained instead of energized. On days when fatigue hits or hormonal imbalances make traditional exercise feel impossible, this practice allows you to stay connected to your body without force.

Why it works

When we are dealing with chronic stress or PCOS, high-intensity workouts can sometimes spike cortisol and leave us feeling worse. Bed Pilates is low-impact, slow, and intentional. It is about mobility, breathwork, and giving yourself permission to move slowly. By using your bed as a prop, you create a safe, supportive environment that lowers the barrier to entry.

What you can expect

  • Joint-friendly movement: Exercises that focus on spinal health and hip mobility, which are often tight from sitting or inactivity.
  • Breath-led flow: We move with the breath to calm the nervous system, making this an ideal practice before bed or upon waking.
  • No equipment: Just you and your space. It removes the stress of getting to a studio or setting up a mat.

This isn't about looking perfect or hitting a rep count. It is about checking in with yourself. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing fatigue, or just having a low-energy day, this is a way to prioritize your wellbeing that actually fits into your life.

Hi, I'm Manasa. I know that feeling of wanting to move but just not having the energy for a full-blown workout, especially when dealing with PCOS. I created these sessions because I truly believe fitness should adapt to your body, not the other way around. Let’s find some gentle joy in movement together.
