I’m Manasa. Fitness shouldn't feel like a punishment, and I’m here to show you that movement can actually be the best part of your day. Let me walk you through my journey from struggling with PCOS to helping our community find strength in Pilates.

About Meet Your Coach, Manasa

If you have ever felt intimidated by fitness or frustrated by health labels like PCOS, you are not alone. I do not run drills here. In my sessions at Koramangala and Domlur, we focus on cycle-synced movement and finding what actually feels right for your body today, not what you think you should do. Whether it is a high-energy Pop Pilates class or a gentle session when you are low on energy, my priority is helping you build a sustainable relationship with movement.

My path into fitness was not typical. Like many of you, I spent years fighting my body, especially while navigating PCOS, and it exhausted me. I realized that the 'no pain, no gain' mentality was not working for me. That is why in 2021, I started teaching to create the exact space I wish I had—a place where we celebrate strength, not punishment.

Movement That Fits Your Life

Whether we are in the studio or online, my classes are about body awareness. You will find options for Mat Pilates, Pop Pilates, and even Bed Pilates for those days when getting off the floor feels impossible. Every session is designed to be low-impact, friendly for your joints, and tailored to help you feel stronger, not drained.

Personalized Support

Beyond group classes, I work 1:1 with women managing PCOS or recovering from injury. We use a cycle-syncing approach to adapt your workout intensity to where you are in your monthly cycle, so you are always working with your body instead of against it. We cover everything from lifestyle habits to stress management techniques.

Where to Find Me

I teach in-studio sessions at Good Move Studios in Koramangala and The Studio by Copper + Cloves in Domlur. I also travel for private events if you are hosting a wellness gathering for your girl gang. Fitness is meant to support your sleep, your stress levels, and your mental health.
