I’m Manasa. Fitness shouldn't feel like a punishment, and I’m here to show you that movement can actually be the best part of your day. Let me walk you through my journey from struggling with PCOS to helping our community find strength in Pilates.

In my sessions at Koramangala and Domlur, we focus on cycle-synced movement and finding what actually feels right for your body today, not what you think you should do. Whether it is a high-energy Pop Pilates class or a gentle session when you are low on energy, my priority is helping you build a sustainable relationship with movement.
