A collection of my personal favorites and the bakes that keep people coming back. Every piece here represents the heart and hustle I put into my kitchen.

This Vanilla Fraisier has been a signature favorite for over three years. It’s made with a soft vanilla sponge soaked in strawberry goodness, and layered with a light mascarpone chantilly and fresh strawberries.

About Featured

Everything you see here, from the Vanilla Fraisier to my classic chocolate ganache, is made from scratch without premixes or shortcuts. I use Belgian couverture chocolate and fresh dairy cream because the quality of ingredients defines the comfort of the dessert. When you order, you are getting a bake that has been crafted specifically for your celebration, not something pulled off a freezer shelf.

My Approach to Baking

I trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked in Vegas, but my kitchen in Lajpat Nagar is where I truly find my rhythm. I don't believe in taking shortcuts. Whether I am making the sponge for a Vanilla Fraisier or whisking ganache for a chocolate cake, I rely on old-school techniques that take time but result in a much better product.

Why These Are My Signature Bakes

  • Vanilla Fraisier: This has been a constant favorite for three years. It combines a soft vanilla sponge soaked in strawberry goodness with layers of mascarpone chantilly. It is light, fresh, and feels like summer on a plate.
  • Classic Chocolate Cake: This is the one I make most often. It is built with moist chocolate sponge, layered with rich Callebaut Belgian couverture ganache, and finished with a touch of gold leaf. It is simple, deep in flavor, and designed to be a centerpiece.
  • Choux Pastries: These are my personal joy. From the initial bake of the shell to the filling, they require precision. I currently offer them in flavor combinations like Pistachio & Raspberry and Chocolate & Caramel.
