Welcome to my personal hall of fame. These are the cakes, brownies, and treats that keep my oven running and my clients coming back for more.

This is my pride and joy, the assorted eggless baked cheesecake. It features a rich, creamy texture and a crisp biscuit base, with slices of my homemade blueberry compote, decadent chocolate, and spiced Lotus Biscoff.

Everyone asks how I get that signature crackly top on my brownies without using shortcuts. It isn't magic, it is just about skipping the cake gel and condensed milk, and focusing on high-quality chocolate and careful temperature control. When you see that shiny, thin crust, you know it is the real deal.

Why these items?

My Fudgy Brownies started it all. I spent months perfecting that density—no dry sponges here. Whether you pick the classic double chocolate or the Lotus Biscoff, they are made to be dense and gooey.

My Eggless Baked Cheesecakes are my other big win. It took a long time to get that rich, creamy texture right without using eggs, but I finally cracked it. The blueberry compote is made in-house; no store-bought syrups in my kitchen.
