About Signature Celebration Cakes
I focus on flavor above all else, which is why I do not use fondant or heavy sugar sculptures on my cakes. Instead, you get real whipped cream, high-quality Belgian chocolate, and fresh, seasonal fruit. Since everything is made from scratch in my Lajpat Nagar studio, I recommend giving me a few days of notice so I can source the best ingredients for your order.
I trained at the Culinary Institute of America, but my philosophy is simple. I use old-school techniques and quality ingredients like Belgian chocolate and fresh dairy cream. You will not find premixes here because I believe the extra time spent makes a difference you can taste.
My menu centers on cakes that prioritize texture. The Vanilla Fraisier, for example, combines soft sponge with mascarpone chantilly and fresh strawberries. For chocolate lovers, the hazelnut crunch cake adds a surprise layer of texture that keeps things interesting.
