I don't believe in generic buffet menus. When we plan your event, we start with what you actually love to eat. From interactive taco stations for a birthday to elegant high tea setups with hand-painted chocolates, everything is prepared fresh from scratch in my kitchen. My team and I handle the table styling and service, so you can actually spend time with your guests instead of worrying about the logistics.
I trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked in Vegas, but my philosophy remains simple: food is love. When you hire me for an event, you are not just getting food; you are getting a partner who cares about the vibe as much as the taste. I focus on gatherings where I can maintain the quality of my scratch-made techniques.
