Explore my signature collection of French entremets, where technique meets deep, layered flavor. Every creation is made fresh, using real couverture chocolate and seasonal fruits.

This is my Signature Mango Palette, a curated exploration of summer's golden fruit. It features four distinct mini entremets, from the raspberry-kissed Mango Blush to the earthy Mango Matcha, each showing a different facet of this incredible ingredient.

I call this one Midnight Sun. It is an unapologetically decadent composition of silky caramel and bold couverture chocolate. Each layer is designed to be a slow, intense, and deeply comforting experience.

Here you can see the heart of my craft. This cross section reveals the delicate layers of berry compote, light mousse, and soft sponge, all working in harmony. Flavours that whisper, textures that linger.

Because one is never enough, I created my signature gift box. This video shows the unboxing experience, revealing four unique mini entremets, each held securely in its own partition, ready to be discovered.

I believe what you put in is what you get out. Here, I am gently whisking real couverture chocolate, never compound. This is the foundation of the rich, complex flavour you taste in every chocolate creation.

This is my Coco Loco entremet, a cross section of summer's wildest flavour fling. It brings together the tang of pineapple and passionfruit with the creaminess of coconut and white chocolate, all wrapped in a light vanilla mousse.

A gift for a friend should be full of shared memories and sweet moments. This box of mini entremets, featuring three of my lemon creations, is perfect for celebrating that bond, especially with same day orders available for last minute plans.

This is one of the most satisfying moments in my process. I am pouring a mirror glaze of pure couverture chocolate, glossing every curve of the entremet. This is where technique and quality ingredients become edible art.
