I believe dessert should feel like a warm hug. Every tart, cheesecake, and slice of cake here is made from scratch in my Lajpat Nagar studio using recipes I have refined over years.
This strawberry tart is the tart of your dreams. It's one of the first things we made at the Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy and it remains my absolute favorite, with delicious layers and textures.

About Handcrafted Tarts & Cheesecakes
When you order a tart or flourless cake from me, please know it is truly small-batch. Because I do not use premixes or shortcuts, I need a little lead time to get the ingredients exactly right. If you have a specific celebration date, please check in with me a few days early so I can ensure everything is fresh and ready for your table.
My tarts rely entirely on the quality of the base. I use a Pate Sablee, an almond flour shell that provides that essential, buttery crunch. Whether it is the strawberry crumble tart or my spiced pecan version, the crust is where the integrity of the dessert starts. It is not about being flashy, it is about getting the texture right every single time.
My flourless chocolate cake has become a favorite, and it is a technical challenge I really love. Using Belgian couverture chocolate, I ensure it is rich but never overly sweet or heavy. It serves as a great gluten-free option for gatherings where you want something a bit more decadent than a standard sponge cake.
I work out of my studio in Lajpat Nagar, and I deliver these treats across Delhi NCR. Because everything is made from scratch without any heavy stabilizers, I keep my menu seasonal. You will find fresh Alphonso mangoes in my summer tarts and the best strawberries in my winter creations.
