About this collection
Our 25-meter indoor pool is maintained at a comfortable 27°C, which makes a significant difference during early morning swims or the rainy season. Unlike typical community pools, we keep the water UV-treated to prevent skin irritation and maintain strict lane discipline, ensuring you can actually focus on your form rather than dodging other swimmers. We offer dedicated slots for independent lap swimming and structured group classes like Aqua Zumba, along with exclusive batches for women to ensure a comfortable training environment.

We built our pool facilities in JP Nagar because we know that land-based workouts are not always the best fit for everyone. If you have joint pain, are recovering from an injury, or simply want a full-body workout without the impact of high-intensity cardio, water resistance is your best tool. Our background in physiotherapy influences how we run our programs; we prioritize safety and proper form over rushing through laps.

We provide three distinct ways to use our aquatic facility:

- Independent Lap Swimming: For those who just want to get their kilometers in. We offer unlimited monthly access during designated slots, providing you with a clean, heated, and dedicated space to train on your own terms.
