Most people think Reformer Pilates is just for stretching, but here, we integrate it with heavy gym strength training to give you a complete body sculpting experience. Whether you are dealing with chronic joint pain or want to build real functional strength, I personally design your sessions to switch between the Reformer bed and our gym floor equipment, ensuring your workout evolves exactly as you do.
