In my personal training sessions, we utilize a range of equipment to target different muscle groups. This client is working on building upper body strength using the lat pulldown and cable machine, with my guidance on form and technique.

This is a glimpse into a personalized strength training session. I guide my clients through various machine-based exercises, like the pec deck fly and lat pulldown, to build muscle and improve overall fitness in a controlled environment.

A personalized session with me is never boring. We combine different training styles like reformer Pilates for core stability, dumbbell curls for building muscle, and TRX for functional strength, all in one workout.

The Loco Methodology

  • Hybrid Training: We don't stick to one box. I combine Reformer Pilates with heavy strength training. This mix helps you build long, lean muscles while developing functional strength for everyday life.
  • Rehab-Focused: Have chronic back or knee pain? We don't ignore it. I design specific prehab and rehab movements using the Cadillac and other apparatus to strengthen supporting muscles, often helping clients move without the pain they've dealt with for years.
  • Real Feedback: We track everything—BMI, strength baselines, and body composition. You’ll know exactly how you’re progressing, not just guessing based on how you look in the mirror.
