We keep your routine exciting by mixing traditional strength training with dynamic functional movements. Using tools like TRX, kettlebells, Bosu balls, and agility ladders, I design workouts that build real-world strength, improve your balance, and boost your metabolism.

If you're dealing with chronic pain in your knee, back, or neck, I can help. I design rehab-focused personal training programs with targeted exercises that strengthen supporting muscles, improve mobility, and help you move without pain.
