These are not just for show. I film my own sets and poses because I need to see where I am lacking, just like I expect you to be honest about your form. It is not about being perfect, it is about having the discipline to document your process so you can actually improve week by week.
You will notice that most of these clips are raw and unedited. That is intentional. I believe that if you want to change your physique, you have to be comfortable with the uncomfortable process of tracking your own progress. When I train, I focus on technique and mind-muscle connection, not just moving weights from point A to point B. This is the same logic I apply when coaching clients from the US to India. Whether it is a home workout or a gym session, the principle remains: keep showing up.
Fitness is often overcomplicated with fancy supplements and expensive gear. My approach is different. It is about K11 certified principles, consistency, and holding yourself accountable.
