My philosophy is simple: Baat to sirf nazariye ki hai (It's all about how you look at things). If you decide that fitness is non-negotiable, you will find a way to train anywhere—park, home, or hotel room.

I share these progress clicks because data doesn't lie. When I went from 80kg to 65kg to win the Mr. Delhi 2019 title, I didn't just 'work out'. I tracked muscle groups, fat percentage, and caloric intake.
