We don’t care if you have never pointed a toe before or if you've been told you don't fit the 'ballet look.' Our classes for adults and men focus on high-intensity BarreFIT conditioning and clear, technical instruction. You will get hands-on corrections to ensure your alignment is safe, and you will be in a room with people who are there for the same reason you are: to work hard, improve their posture, and get strong.
Why Adult Ballet Works Here
Many adults come to us worried that they are 'too stiff' or 'too old.' We actually prefer it that way. Adult bodies bring a different kind of focus to the studio. Our classes are not about preparing for a professional career, but they are taught with the same technical rigor we use for our graded students.
The 'BarreFIT' Approach
Our adult subscription includes 8 classes per month, utilizing a BarreFIT style. This isn't just about learning steps; it’s about neuroplasticity, memory, and deep muscle engagement. You’ll work on your core, glutes, and calves while learning complex choreographic sequences. It’s a full-body workout that feels like art.
A Space for Male Dancers
There is a persistent myth that ballet is a 'girlish' pursuit. We actively challenge that. Whether you are a man interested in the athleticism of ballet or simply wanting to improve your coordination and strength, you will find a supportive community here. Our male students often find that the specific technical demands of the male role—focusing on jumps, turns, and strength—provide a distinct and rewarding challenge.
