About Ballet Training Programs
Ballet for Real Life, Not Just for Show
Ballet here isn’t just pink tights and perfect buns. I know how tough and rewarding this art form gets - it’s about strength, resilience, and learning to do hard things, together. Every class is about building not just technique, but real confidence.
How We Do Things
Think of my classes like a Montessori setup. Older dancers help guide the little ones. The younger kids pick up so much just by watching and trying. It makes for a supportive, mixed-age dance class where everyone grows at their own pace. Technical skill, musicality, and creativity all matter.
Paths for Every Age
- Ages 4+: Little kids learn ballet basics through stories and movement games. We make sure they’re having fun while picking up the fundamentals.
- Graded Levels 1-6: Technique gets sharper, balance and strength build up, and we prep for ISTD ballet curriculum milestones.
- Adults: Never danced before? No worries. Our ballet for adults beginners classes welcome every body type and background.
- Serious dancers: With pre-professional ballet training and our National Youth Ballet, students can aim for international programs.
Why It Works
- Technique is everything - from hips to fingertips. We’re strict about form for safety and progress.
- Proper ballet shoes and uniform are non-negotiable. No shortcuts here.
- Exams aren’t scary, just stepping stones. They help everyone see just how far they’ve come.
More Than Just Classes
Dance with us and you’re part of a family. Open classes let parents watch, and we throw in themed days and bring-a-friend parties just for fun. This is holistic dance education, not just a studio.

My Story
We’re TLFCB, but you can just call us your ballet family. We started out wanting to bring world-class ballet to India, but honestly, it’s become so much more. In our studio, you’ll find tiny kids, teens, adults who thought they were 'too old'—all sweating, laughing, sometimes grumbling, but always growing. It’s not about perfect pirouettes. It’s about finding your confidence, your people, and a bit of magic in every class. Certificates are cool, but the real stuff? That’s in the messy, joyful dance together.
My Work
Classes for All Ages and Levels - We teach ballet for kids and adults, jazz, contemporary, BarreFIT for dancers, yoga, and even the Cunningham Technique.
Real Technique, Real Growth - We’re big on strong foundations and discipline. Not just pink tutus—expect real graded ballet training and lots of sweat!
From Practice to Stage - Our dancers perform in big ballet stage productions. Some even go on to international schools.
Beginner Friendly - Never danced before? Doesn’t matter. Ballet for beginners India is for everyone, from age 4 to adult first-timers.
It’s a Community - Open classes, family events, and a space where you’ll actually want to stick around after class.
