Ballet Outreach Programs for All

We believe dance belongs to everyone. Our outreach programs use movement to build confidence, discipline, and community, ensuring that quality dance education reaches those who might otherwise miss out.

Why do we run outreach programs? Our faculty member, Ms. Elina, shares the philosophy behind our commitment to keeping dance in education and inspiring children who might not otherwise have this experience.

About this collection

We don't focus on tutus or costumes here. Instead, we use structured exercises and games like our 'animal game' to introduce foundational movement and focus to students from the Parikrma Foundation, helping them build core strength and discipline while having fun.

This partnership is our way of keeping dance education accessible to everyone. When students from the Parikrma Foundation join our classes, they learn more than just ballet technique; they learn how to listen, how to wait for their turn, and how to support each other. Our instructors adapt the training to suit the energy of the group, focusing on spinal alignment, posture, and self-belief.

It is not about turning everyone into a professional ballerina. It is about providing an outlet for creativity and developing life skills that help these children grow. Over the last decade, we have seen students evolve from shy beginners into confident individuals who understand the value of showing up, working hard, and pushing themselves to do something difficult. We believe that if you give a child the right tools and a supportive environment, they will consistently surprise you with what they can achieve. Our goal is to keep dance in education, ensuring these young minds have a space to grow, laugh, and find their strength through movement.
