Photography with children isn't just about the camera; it's about the energy in the room. My approach as a 'photo doula' means I prioritize safety and comfort above all else. Whether we are in my Malad West studio or outdoors, the focus is on creating a space where your kids don't feel like they're 'on set,' but rather playing in a safe environment.

The Studio Setup

If you choose a studio session, we work in a controlled, private, and air-conditioned space. It’s perfect for milestone shoots or capturing those tiny details. I have a dedicated wardrobe for children aged 0 to 5, so you don't need to stress about sourcing outfits for every look. We use soft, professional lighting and safe props to create timeless images. With a dedicated safety assistant on hand, you can relax, sit back, and watch the magic happen without worrying about toddlers running off.

Outdoor Candid Moments

For families who love the Mumbai outdoors, we head to local parks or the beach during the golden hour. These sessions are perfect for sibling dynamics—the running, the holding hands, the random discoveries in the sand. I keep the posing minimal. I’d rather catch the look your child gives their sibling when they think no one is watching than a perfectly aligned group portrait. These sessions are about movement, laughter, and letting the city’s natural light do the heavy lifting.

Preparing for Your Session

We don't need 'perfect' matching outfits. I always suggest picking colors that feel like your family. If you're stuck, we can chat about coordination before you arrive. My goal is for you to look at these photos ten years from now and remember exactly who your kids were in that moment—the messy hair, the toothless grins, and the sibling bond that feels so big right now.
