Outdoor shoots in Mumbai live or die by the light. We strictly target the golden hour—that short window just before sunset when the harsh daylight softens into something dreamy. It is when the heat breaks, the beach breeze kicks in, and we can finally slow down to capture those natural, unposed shots that actually feel like you. It’s not about perfect posing; it’s about that specific glow you have right now.

When we step out for an outdoor maternity session, my goal is to give you space to breathe. Whether we are at a quiet stretch of beach in Mumbai or finding a secluded patch of greenery, we treat these 60 to 90 minutes as a break from your busy life.

Why Outdoor?

Studio sessions are great for control, but nature provides a backdrop you just cannot replicate. The movement of your dress in the wind, the texture of the sand or tall grass, and the way the light catches your profile—these elements tell a story that feels raw and authentic.

The Experience

• No Rushing: I keep these sessions strictly at sunrise or sunset to get the best light. We don't rush through poses; we walk, we talk, and we wait for the moment where you forget I am even holding a camera.
• Wardrobe & Comfort: Since outdoor changing is restricted, we plan your one outfit in advance to ensure it flows with the landscape. Think earthy tones for gardens or light, breezy fabrics for the beach.
• Safety & Flow: Even outdoors, I bring an assistant to manage lighting and reflectors, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.

My approach is to keep things chill. If you want to laugh, run through the grass, or just hold your partner’s hand while the sun goes down, that is exactly what we will do. You are not just getting a set of edited images; you are getting a memory of how it felt to carry your little one.
