My Malad West studio is designed to be your private, stress-free space, even with little ones in tow. I work with a dedicated safety assistant to handle toddlers while we move through 2 or 3 wardrobe changes, ensuring we get those real smiles without the rush. Whether you want a timeless fine-art look or a specific cultural theme like a Marathi Mulgi setup, we plan the flow beforehand so you can simply relax and be yourself.
How I capture your family
I am called a ‘photo doula’ because I believe your family photos should feel like a memory, not a performance. I don’t rush you. If the kids are having a moment or the baby needs a cuddle, we stop. My goal is to capture the messy, beautiful reality of your life, from a quiet moment of new parenthood to the laughter of a multi-generational group.
My approach to your session
- The Studio Vibe: Located in Malad West, my studio is a safe, temperature-controlled environment. It is fully equipped with props, fabrics, and specialized seating for kids and newborns. We use gentle, natural lighting to keep the focus on your expressions.
- Outdoor Sessions: If you prefer the Mumbai breeze, we can head to a local beach or park. I schedule these exclusively around golden hour for that soft, warm light that makes everything feel magical.
- Cultural & Themed Shoots: I love celebrating your roots. Whether it is a traditional Kasavu saree for a Mallu-style shoot or a regal Marathi Mulgi concept, I have the props and styling expertise to bring your vision to life.
Practical details to keep in mind
- Wardrobe: You are welcome to bring your own outfits, but I also provide a curated selection of kids' wardrobe for ages 0 to 5 in the studio.
- Large Families: I specialize in multi-generational sessions. I allow up to 4 hours for these shoots to ensure grandparents and extended family feel comfortable and never rushed.
- After the shoot: You will receive a private gallery to select your images. I focus on a warm, matte editing style that enhances skin tones and keeps the mood soft.
