When planning your shoot, the biggest question is always: what do I wear? Don't stress about buying new outfits—my Goregaon studio is fully stocked with maternity gowns, from flowy lace to classic elegance, which are included in my packages. We will decide whether you want the cozy, controlled lighting of the studio or the natural, golden hour glow of an outdoor park, and I will help you style it so it feels exactly like you.
How I Work
Every pregnancy is different, and I want your photos to reflect exactly that. My goal isn't just to take 'pretty' pictures, but to capture the anticipation, the joy, and even the nervousness you are feeling right now.
Where we shoot I love a mix of styles. My Goregaon studio is designed for comfort and intimacy—it is perfect for moody, high-contrast portraits or bright, airy family shots. If you prefer the outdoors, Mumbai has some lovely green spots where we can chase that golden hour light for a softer, more candid look.
Including the family Are you bringing your partner or an older sibling? Please do! I love capturing the anticipation of the whole family. Whether it is a quiet forehead kiss between you and your partner or the genuine excitement of a big brother or sister, these interactions make the photos feel real and alive.
Common Questions
- Do I need to do my own makeup? I recommend professional makeup to help you feel confident in front of the lens. While I do not provide makeup services, I am happy to guide you on the style that works best with your outfit.
- When should we book? The best time for a maternity shoot is typically between 28 and 34 weeks, when the bump is prominent but you are still comfortable enough to move around and pose. If you are past this window, do not worry—we can still capture beautiful images.
- Can I bring my own outfits? Absolutely. While I provide rental gowns for that 'dreamy' look, I always encourage bringing a personal outfit, like a favorite saree or comfortable casual wear, to keep the shoot grounded and personal.
