About this collection
Many people think self-defense requires years of practice. It does not. In these workshops, I focus on 'Street Sense,' which means teaching you how to use your natural reflexes for release techniques and situational awareness. Whether you are in office attire or school uniform, we train in what you wear, because real threats do not wait for you to change into a training gi.
I have conducted workshops at institutions like Christ University and for various corporate teams across Bangalore. My goal is simple: to make you safer and more aware of your surroundings.
We start with vocal projection and distancing, then move to physical releases from grabs and chokes. I do not teach complex moves that you will forget under stress. I teach Kyokushin basics that work under pressure.
The format for your team:
- Corporate Sessions: 90 minutes. I come to your conference room or cafeteria. We focus on situational awareness, desk stress release, and simple strikes.
- School & College Seminars: 60 minutes. High-energy, drill-based, and focused on crowd control and confident reactions.
- Weekend Intensives: For those who want more, my Raclo Dojo in Koramangala is open for weekend crash courses with heavy bag and tire training.
You do not need to be fit to start. You will get fit by training. Osu.
