My largest wedding cake to date, this 25kg, five-tier creation featured alternating Dutch truffle and rum plum cake layers. It was adorned with beautiful navy blue wafer paper peonies and gold leaf details for a touch of luxury.

Getting a 5-tier cake up Darjeeling’s steep roads is no joke, so I use a specific center-doweling system and handle final assembly right at your venue. It keeps your centerpiece steady and flawless, regardless of the tricky, scenic drive.
When you pick a wedding or anniversary cake with me, you are getting more than just dessert. You are getting a cake engineered to survive the hills. Whether it is a classic Dutch Truffle or my signature Rum Plum sponge, I balance flavor with structural integrity.
My process for grand events starts with a consultation where we figure out the design. If you want botanically correct sugar flowers, peonies, or hand-painted details, I take the time to sculpt them by hand. For the bigger 3 to 5-tier cakes, I personally oversee the delivery and final assembly at your venue. This is the only way to ensure the tiers sit perfectly after the commute.
I also love adding personal touches. If you have a specific anniversary year you want to highlight, or if you want custom fondant figures of the couple, just tell me. I treat every cake like a canvas, whether it is a small, romantic engagement cake with buttercream rosettes or a heavy-duty sculpted masterpiece. I bake from my home in Manbari Basti and I am used to navigating our local terrain, so rest assured, your cake will arrive on time and in one piece.
