When you order a classic cake from me, it isn't sitting in a freezer for days. I bake everything fresh in my home kitchen in Manbari Basti, right before your event. Because I know the Darjeeling roads can be a bit adventurous, I pack every cake in extra-sturdy boxes designed to keep your frosting perfect and your sponges stable until they hit your table.

Whether it is a rich Dutch Truffle for a birthday or a simple whipped cream cake for a family tea time, I put the same level of care into the process as I do for my elaborate sculpted pieces.
