You are looking at award-winning sugar art, but what you might not see is that every one of these figurines was sculpted by hand without a single mould. This same level of structural precision, from anatomical proportions to delicate hand-painting, is what I bring to every custom cake order and teach in my hands-on workshops in HSR Layout.

I avoid silicone moulds entirely, opting instead for freehand sculpting with high-quality modelling pastes like Saracino. This allows me to create unique characters and complex scenes, like the ones you see in this gallery.
