Bag & Pad Work
This is where you build real power and endurance. I run drills on heavy bags to develop explosive force and one-on-one pad work sessions to sharpen your speed and reaction time.
Stamina & Footwork
Strength is useless if you gas out. My conditioning includes shadow boxing to perfect your form and movement, and intense skipping rope drills to build your engine and agility.
Raw Strength & Power
Forget fancy machines. I build real-world strength that makes you 'mantalystrong'. This means mastering your own bodyweight on equipment like gymnastics rings and building the physique to prove it.
Online Training: No Excuses
Location is not an excuse to be weak. My online personal training sessions are just as tough as being in the gym, delivering real results from your home.
The Training Ground
This is where you come to work. My gym has everything you need and nothing you don’t: a fully matted floor, a line of heavy bags, and functional strength equipment.
