Forget the bench press and cable machines. Our approach relies on heavy tractor tires, gymnastics rings, and grappling dummies to force your body to work in a functional, integrated way. When you walk into our academy in Greater Noida, you won't find rows of shiny equipment. You will find tools that demand effort. We use tractor tires for explosive power, gymnastics rings for upper-body stability, and heavy bags for endurance.

How We Train

- Small Groups: Our sessions cap at 15 people. This ensures every student gets the attention they need to correct their form, whether you are a complete beginner or a fighter preparing for a bout.
