About this collection
Many online fitness plans are just PDFs or pre-recorded videos that leave you guessing. Here, it is strictly live. I am watching you on your screen in real time, catching that slouch in your squat or that wobble in your plank before it causes an injury. You get the same hands-on, form-correcting experience as a studio visit, just without the commute.
You do not need a fancy home gym to get a serious workout. Whether you are using bodyweight, resistance bands, or a few dumbbells, my sessions are designed around the space you have—typically just a 6x6 ft corner is enough.
We offer three main paths to get you moving:

Live Online Group Classes: These are our high-energy sessions featuring Zumba, strength, and Bollywood-inspired routines. You train alongside other members, keeping that community spirit alive even when you are working out from your living room.

1-on-1 Live Training: If you need deep customization, this is the gold standard. We jump on a video call, and I provide instant feedback on your posture, range of motion, and intensity. It includes nutrition guidance and flexibility drills to help you recover.

Remote Transformation Plan: For those who prefer to train on their own schedule, this provides a structured PDF roadmap. I check in weekly via audio call to adjust your plans based on your progress, making sure you stay on track with your goals.
My approach is simple. We focus on functional movements that make daily life easier, build real strength, and keep the energy high. No boring repetitive routines, just a mix of sweat, science, and a lot of masti to help you stay consistent.
