About My Fitness Journey & Philosophy

I don't believe in fad diets or quick fixes—my method is built on macronutrient awareness and consistent, sustainable movement. Whether we are focusing on fat loss or muscle gain, the results I get with my clients come down to one thing: daily accountability. You track the meals, you send the video updates, and you show up for the workout. That is the only way it works.
