About Meet Your Instructor
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. When you walk into my class at SAF Studio on New BEL Road, expect to sweat, but also expect to laugh. Whether it is a quick drop-in for a Zumba session or a long-term transformation plan, the focus is always on consistency and enjoying the music. If you are nervous about your first day, just drop by for a demo class—it is the best way to see if my high-energy style matches your vibe.
My Approach to Fitness
I started this journey because I believe fitness should feel like a party. Based in New BEL Road, I teach a mix of Bollybeats, Zumba, Aerobics, and Piloxing. The goal is simple: helping you reach your fitness goals—whether that is weight loss, toning, or just building stamina—without the judgment you might find in traditional gyms.
What You Get
Every week, I update our choreography so you won’t get stuck in a rut. We move to trending Bollywood and Tollywood tracks, keeping the energy levels high. You will see me in the studio from Monday to Saturday, leading both morning and evening batches.

Can I just try one class? Yes. You can drop in for a single session at ₹400–₹550. It is perfect if you want to test the water before committing to a monthly membership.
What should I bring? Just yourself and some comfortable shoes. We have the mats, dumbbells, and the space. The studio has shock-absorbing wooden flooring, so your joints stay safe during high-impact jumps.
Do you offer personal tracking? If you go for the quarterly transformation package, I help with weight and inch loss monitoring, plus some basic nutritional tips to keep you on track.
