This is the philosophy I bring to every class: Work hard, believe in yourself, and inspire each other. As your fitness instructor, I am here to motivate you and help you push your limits in a supportive space.
I'm a proud Kannadiga, and I love to celebrate my roots. This is me on Kannada Rajyotsava, because wherever you are and whatever you do, it's important to remember where you come from.
A quick look at my personal style, from modern western outfits to traditional Indian attire like the dhoti. I believe in embracing all sides of your personality, both in life and on the dance floor.
Just me, having fun and dancing my heart out. This solo performance shows the kind of free-flowing, energetic style I love and incorporate into my dance fitness choreography.

About Meet Your Instructor, Vinay
When you step into my class, don’t expect a drill sergeant. We’re here to sweat, but the music is the real engine. My sessions run 50-60 minutes, blending Bollywood hits, Kannada bangers, and global Zumba beats designed to make you forget you're burning calories. Whether you’ve never danced a step in your life or you’re a pro, you’ll fit right in because the vibe is fullu jolly—no judgment, just movement.
My mantra is simple: Work hard, believe, and inspire. I’m a true Bengaluru huduga, and my roots—especially my love for Kannada—influence everything I do, from the tracks we blast to the community we’ve built. Being a certified Zumba instructor and CPR trained means you can push your limits safely while we focus on the rhythm.
The Vibe
It’s a party, plain and simple. We start with high-energy cardio, move through intense intervals, and end with a stretch. It’s not just about hitting 500-700 calories burned—it’s about the energy in the room.
The Music
I don’t stick to one genre. We mix the latest Bollywood, local Sandalwood/Tollywood bangers, and global hits. If it makes you move, it’s on the list.
Beyond the Workout
I love connecting with the people who walk through my studio doors. We aren't just here to train; we’re here to hang out, film reels after class, and have a laugh.
