Step 1: Certificate Course in Yoga (CCY - 200 Hours)
- For beginners or anyone wanting a solid base in traditional yoga.
- You’ll finish as a Yoga Wellness Instructor.
- The course is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor course and matches Level 2 of the Yoga Certification Board.
- Choose between a 2-month weekday or 4-month weekend batch.

Step 2: PG Diploma in Yoga Education (PGDYEd)
- For those ready to go deeper and teach.
- You’ll become a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator.
- Covers Patanjala Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga, anatomy, mental health, and advanced practicals.
- This is a Yoga Certification Board accredited program, available as a 9-month weekday or 1-year weekend course.

My Story
We’re Kaivalyadhama, around since 1936 but really, our roots go back to 1924. Swami Kuvalayananda started us off with one wild idea: study yoga like science, not just tradition. So we measure, experiment, and adapt. From kids to professionals, even folks like Hemlata-ji who says, 'aa yoga chhodvu j nathi joie' (never want to leave this yoga). For us, yoga isn’t a fad. It’s a responsibility, mixing old wisdom with research.
